Elaina is a project-finance specialist with over 18 years of entrepreneurial experience in Asia and Africa. She drives Cuushstone’s investment advisory to MAS regulated and CMS-Licensed Fund Manager of SK Global Capital Fund VCC, and is a director at Tembusu Asia Consulting, a licensed professional engineering firm focused on ESG advisory, sustainability linked loan consulting for project sponsors and investors. She is a holder of the ISCA Infrastructure and Project Finance Professional Credential (ISCA IPFP), conferred by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a Certified Project Manager and member of the Society of Project Managers Singapore. She holds a MSc in Project Management with Project Finance Specialisation from Dept of Building, NUS (SPM Book Prize Recipient) and BSc (First Class Honours) from University of Surrey, UK under a Singapore Government scholarship.

After serving early years with the British Navy as a Navy marine officer, Singapore Port Authority (Port & Marine Service Pte Ltd) and several public sector agencies upon graduation from the UK under a Government Scholarship, Mr Lee ventured into the building materials and commodities business since the mid-80s in support of Singapore’s burgeoning construction industry. Mr Lee helmed various consulting contracts to major Multinationals and Japanese conglomerates such as the Sumitomo group.
Mr Lee is currently the Director and shareholder of NC Brighton Pte Ltd, a Singapore-incorporated trading and procurement business supplying building materials to mega projects in Singapore. He also helms the Cuushstone fund vehicle SK Global Capital Fund VCC, an investment fund focused on Mega Infrastructure Investments .
Mr Lee is collaborating with international financing platforms, project financiers, project development companies, global engineering and large-scale Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) players to deliver world class integrated projects.

Michael has more than 15 years of extensive working experiences with reputable developers and builders and has assumed key roles across a wide spectrum of real estate work in construction management, project management, facilities management, agency management and asset management. Notably, his stint in the logistics sector with a reputable 3PL has also greatly enhanced his ground experiences and insights into supply chain management across the Asia Pacific region especially in major markets in Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, India and Australia.

Hary is an experienced finance professional and Senior Coverage Banker with strong network in Asia Pacific market, including with Asian Billionaires, Government Officials and Multinational Companies. Hary started his career with HSBC and continued to Mizuho Bank Singapore where he spent a total of 17 years, having extensive track record in Corporate Finance, Advisor & Lead Arranger, Project Finance M&A and Structured Finance. Hary Focus mainly in Energy Sector (including Renewables Energy), Infrastructure, FMCG, Agriculture, Healthcare, Automotive, Fintech. Hary is Indonesian and he has strong network within the Indonesian Government and top 40 Forbes Indonesia Name.
