Our History
Established since 2003, the REAL KAITEN GROUP of Companies is an independent, infrastructure advisory and technical development arm of Cuushstone that participates with private capital to deliver customised transaction specific solutions.
With a background an investor relations practice for listed companies on the Singapore and Malaysia Stock Exchange, the Group engaged with institutional investors, financial institutions, fund analysts and participating in IPOs. At the time the Group managed international clientele with a market capitalization in excess of S$900Million.
The Group’s first foray into Infrastructure Finance was in 2012, structuring a S$1.3Billion Project Finance deal for a Mixed-used Smart Eco-Township project in Angola out of a credit facility from a Singapore private bank against Sovereign Guarantees. .
